Andover Alliance Church Mortgage Reduction History
Andover Alliance Church burned the mortgage on the 3 Rochambeau property. The property was purchased in December 2010 with a $40,300 twenty year mortgage. We praise God that we were able to pay off the mortgage within 3 years. Initially, the church rented out the house during the early years while the paying on the mortgage. In 2017, the Governing Board voted to convert the house to church ministry use. Currently, the main floor is used for Sunday School space, Church Library, Puppet Team practice and miscellaneous events. The second floor is set aside for housing for staff and/or missionaries.
